in fluent we are going to see the residuals plot with x,y,z- continuity after simulation. at which point in the domain we have taken the x,y,z velocities to calculate the residuals ? and also if we use turbulence flow, we are going t see the k turbulence in the plot. how can they calculated?

The imbalance is calculated for every single cell, summed, and then weighted (by the overall mean flux). That's a fancy way of saying the residuals are averaged over the computational domain.
