Hello,
I am trying to simulate resin flow in a mold that contains a woven fabric structure embedded in it. I have created the geometry which consists of 1 part with 5 bodies and meshed it. I have defined the warps and wefts of the fabric structure as porous fluids in which viscous resistances are known for both directions. In this problem inertial terms are neglected, thus I assigned 0 to inertial resistances. I assume laminar, steady, single-phase, incompressible flow.

I am trying to solve it by SIMPLE algorithm.

My questions are:

1) Is this geometry formation correct (1 part,5 bodies) or should it be 5 different parts?

2) Should I create interfaces between the woven porous fabric faces and the surface of normal fluid domain where it intersects with the fabric surface (which is defined as fluid without porosity).

3) Even if I didn't create interfaces it automaticaly generates interior shadows shadows for fluid 1-2 and fluid 1-3 (detailed in photos) What do they mean? Do they work as an interface?

4) In residuals, mass continuity increases continuously? What can be the reason for that? As a result, the pressure contour is shown homogeneous at exceeding values.

4.2) Can the reason for that be the mesh quality? (Minimum Orthogonal Quality = 1.05992e-05, Maximum Aspect Ratio = 6.45285e+04)
