Deforming Mesh Zone - 2.5D Remeshing

I used a single body.

While dynamic meshing, the rotating part collides with the inlet hole.

How should I define it?

Remeshing does not occur in wedge(prism) mesh even though I selected 2.5D.
When I choose tetrahadral mesh, I can do remeshing.
