Hi all,

I am trying to simulate a battery pack's thermal behaviour. I have obtained the battery voltage-time data, and am trying to give it to ansys as input via parameter estimation tool. However, it causes some problems. At some point in iterations, the voltage and temperature values are going through the roof. When I looked at the fitting-results, I saw the reason. And I have no idea how to solve it. Any help would be appreciated. I attached the data files and the image of the problematic values.

AlexanderZ will become famous soon enoughAlexanderZ will become famous soon enough
you may try to use default NTGK parameters to make sure your model is correct

as you know the moment of problem so you know SOC of the battery
you may try to plot Y and U parameters vs SOC and check what is going on near problem SOC

for more information about NTGK read ANSYS Fluent Advanced Add-On Modules -> NTGK Model

temperature correction could be a problem also

If you share the detail of the your battery cell, it can be very beneficial for people.. What is the battery cell capacity? What type of battery cell it is?
