Fluent bandwidth speed, 100G card shows 10G speed?

Hi there,
I am testing 4 connected computers to run Fluent. These 4 desktops are connected by 100G infiniband cards and 100G switch. After I click the Parallel-bandwidth, it shows around 10G speed. Please see the image below. Is it normal?
