Expressions in synchronizing one solid's angular velocity against another one.

I have tried to synchronize one rotating solid's angular velocity body against that of another one's, what ever the angular velocity is. Using expression language if possible and through Cell Zone Conditions in Fluent menus, please see attached file and let me know how to correct it.
