Hi. I am somewhat confused about the pseudo-transient solver vs the transient solver. If I am trying to obtain a steady-state solution, what is the difference between using the pseudo-transient solver and the transient solver with the max iterations/time step set to 1? For the transient solver, my understanding is that after each timestep, a number of outer iterations is performed until the solution is converged at the new timestep. However, if we limit the number of outer iterations to one and manually set the timestep size, then how is that different from using the pseudo-transient solver? Any help is much appreciated

Thanks
