Walls got split in multiple parts

Hello everybody. I ran into a problem with a simulation on fluent. When I switched from fluent meshing to the setup I saw that the walls in the boundary conditions got split into three parts each. I tried to merge these parts but the software doesn't allow me to do it. I'll post some pics for further explaination of the problem. As you guys can see, there should only one body (the cilynder) but it got split into three parts + the shadow. And the same happened for the other walls.
