Why does the upper shockwave move aft with trailing edge deflection? |

Hi, I’ve noticed that when I increase the trailing edge deflection of my 0012, the shock moves further towards the trailing edge, but why?
Also, how does the lower shock just disappear? Flow is Transonic |
