I have some questions about initialization, previously I tried to use hybrid initialization for my simulation, but the result is not what I want. I want to specify my initial temperature, but when I use standard initialization, my calculation diverge, is there anyway to specify the initial temperature with hybrid initialization?

After initialization you can patch the temperature. If you right click on initialization and select "patch" you can select temperature and set an initial temperature for a specific cell zone. You can also define a region and patch the temperature to that region. Depending on your simulation you should try and patch the temperature field as close as possible to your expected field.

I'll try it, thank you very much!
