Difficulty Opening Old ANSYS Files in ANSYS 2020

I am attempting to open my old files (which were solved using Ansys Fluent version 2018) in Ansys 2020 R2. However, I keep encountering an error, and I am unsure how to resolve it. Please help me out. The screenshot of the issue is attached.
