Default Printing at each iteration using udf

Hi all,

I want to print the variables(pressure, temp, etc.) in fluent at each iteration using udf. what is the Macro used for it?

Why do you want to you use a marco for that? There are serveral possibilities in the GUI to do this. Your can print the values to the screen and/or store in a file.

Actually i am dealing with transient flow. I am using udf for adding source terms to mass and energy equations. In each time step, after several iterations solution will be converged. I am getting the variables printed in a text file after every time step. But i wanted to see at every iteration. I came to know that we can use DEFINE_ADJUST macro.

I think, that you can change in the report definition the output intervall from flowtime to iteration.
Sorry, I can't give you a quick solution to do this in a UDF.

OK.... I don't know that we can print in the report for every iteration. Thank you .. i did with udf today.. i will look at report definition also.
