Need help on Simulation of "Flow over blunt body with opposing jet"

I am doing one project on "Flow over blunt body with opposing jet". I have created the geometry and mesh as per the experimental values. The only problem I am facing with the set up of boundary conditions as per the shown in the experimental values. Below are the details and kindly assist me in setting the physics( ANSYS FLUENT)
