When I use the coupled and transient flow ,and adopted the adaptive time step, when calculating, it will give two "Global Courant Number" in the print line as below, what is the difference?

Flow time = 0.05170860804389465s, time step = 5167

94833 more time steps

Global Courant Number [Variable Time Step Criteria] : 1.7755

Updating solution at time level N...

Global Courant Number [Explicit VOF Criteria] : 0.789826

done.
