Default 1.8mn Reynolds number flow (water)

I am modelling water flowing through a duct, I have calculated the Reynolds number as 1.8million approx.

Any suggestions on the solver settings in fluent?

Gonna need viscous turbulent model I assume.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
