Reference values for a half missile body

I am currently doing an external aerodynamics simulation of a wing body missile configuration and i am getting unsual values for the CL and CD, I am assuming some issue with the reference values, I have previously studied that for CD the Sref is the cross sectional area in this case half of it, but as CL depends on the area of wing fins etc, what should be Sref that i should give for correct computation
