hi,
I am simulating unsteady flow in a turbine using the sliding mesh capability. Is there any method in fluent so that I can get the time averaged pressure distribution over a cycle(when the flow becomes periodically steady)?? thanks and regards, santosh |

Hi Santosh,
I dont see any such capability available in Fluent. This can be done through udf in which you can get pressure data at the required surface and record the time using RP_Get_Real("flow-time") parameter. This way you can get the averaged pressure value over a time Regards Bipin |
