Fluent data format -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

khalil Guest Posts: n/a	It appears that the fluent 5.5.14 mesh files are in ASCII file format and the data files are in binary. Is there any way of outputting the data fiel as ASCII? Can fluent 5.5 files be saved as fluent 4.5 files? (i'm prertty sure 4.5 data files are ASCII) any help would be much appreciated many thanks khalil
