How accurate is Fluent with turbomachinery or perhaps how close to expected results is it? Within 5 percent or ?

That depends entirely on what you want to predict. Pressure distrubtions for on-design points are usually within 5%. However, heat-transfer, off-design losses etc. can easily be much more off.
