Default how to model a rotating sprinkler

hi everyone..

i have a problem.. how do i model a rotating sprinkler sprinkling water, rotating at a speed of 30 cycles/revolutions per minute. Do i need to use dynamic/rotating mesh. What are the boundary conditions to be used?? please help anyone...
