We could generate contours of any thing like pressure, velocity or y+ while path lines are the lines traced by the points. Wasalam Mukkarum |

Path lines are the path traced by the fluid particles during flow over bodies and inside the domain of your calculation. Contours gives the constant property lines,i.e., if you take a line in a temperature contour, it will give the same temperature on that line. Like that if you take any contours they will give constant propeties of particular property.
