Hi; what is the optical thicknes in radiation heat transfer?

Dear Mr.
As far as I know, the optical thickness is gas property which govern the transperity of ilradiation ray. Ans to define this, I forgot the detail things about the gas radiation. But I recommend the text book - Radiative heat transfer, Modest, Mc Graw hill. Please, look up the mentioned test for detail information. I think that it's not so easy. Best regards. |
