hi.

i am modelling flow over Cone in 2-D AXISYMMETRIC. Flow is compressible and mach no is 1.3 . goemetery starts at (0,0) and is above x-axis (the axis of revolution)

the problem is that the solution diverges. i have tried all the turbulence models. the same case when solved in simple 2-D case the solution converges well with all the turbulence models.

The Cd (coeff of drag) with the Simple 2-D case is slightly on the higher side hence i am going for the axisymmetris case

any help would be appreciated
