I try to compile a UDF. I put the *.c file and udf.h file in the same directory as the *.cas file. There is no other *.h file created by myself. When I click "build", it creates the directory and copy a few files in that directory, but when click "load" it give me an error message saying "Error: open_udf_library: The system cannot find the file specified."
(WIN ntx86 technology for running my Fluent v6_1_18) Thanx a lot for help... |

1. You have a space in your file name (E.g. "my udf.c")
Take it out. User underscore (_) instead. OR 2. You work in a directory like "C:\Documents and Settings\Username\" Try to work in a folder created in the root portion of a drive like C:\CFD or D:\MYFILES\CFD Try avoiding spaces. |

Try writing the full path of the directory in the "Library name" field. (e.g. C:\myfiles\cfd\libudf)

Just a reminder: Visual C++ should be installed on the computer for compiling the udfs.
