accessing sover data for surface deposition rate

Hi all,

I am writing a UDF for surface reactions. In my model I have turned on the heat of surface reactions and mass deposition source. The solution obtained provides me contours of surface deposition rate of solid species. Now I need to access these surface depostion rates in my UDF. Can I access it? If yes, then what is the syntax for it.
