how to compute the pressure drop!

For a multi-inlet and multi-outlet model(eg.a bus air conditioning duct,each fan at each end of whole duct,along the duct,there are several vents(outlet)),the customer expect to select the fan according to the resitance characteristic of the whole duct.So i want to ask:when i finished the simulation,how to compute the pressure drop along the whole duct.
another question:when you compute the average pressure at the inlet(outlet of fan)or the outlets,which method should be selected,mass-average or area-average or the others .the results different greatly. Thanks for your kindly help. |

To my knowdege, answer 1.Pressure in one point subtracted by pressure in onter point is the pressure difference.
2.area-average. Hope any help. |
