Default PLotting iso-surface in 3D

I've got a "tube" in a half 3D configuration.

I would like to plot the velocity in the symetry plane (x-y), for a given X (vertical iso, at the end of the tube) to see the speed close and far from the tube.

But I don't know how to plot it just in the symetry plane... http://img92.imageshack.us/img92/7622/tubeuo7.png

Can anybody help me !!??

Many Thanks !

(I tryed to create an iso surface x=1,50m, and plot it like in 2D, but it does not work)
