How to measure waveheight in Fluent

Hi all,
I have a model of a wave approaching a beach in fluent. I am using the vof model and was wondering if anyone knows of a way to plot the waveheight at each timestep a short distance upstream of where the wave breaks. This will be done to measure the transformation of the wave as it approaches the shore. I thought i could use one of the solve-monitors, however, I can't find anything that measures the waveheight or height of the water. Thanks in advance. Shane |
