interface boundary problem

Hello ALL I had a problem with the interface boundary at the sliding mesh. At the interface boundary theire is always discontinuity. I also try to change the wall that is generated by the interface in flient to some other boundary like axis or pressureoutlet but results are same . Can any body help me in this regard to remove this discontinuity. Thanks in advancs Rashad
