Hi everyone, I was trying to follow the example of the fluent on the dynamic mesh (poppet valve). I came up with a error message when compiling the UDF file (valve.c). I can not compile the file. The error message is as follow: when i click on the build, i receive this message:

(system "copy C:\Fluent.Inc\fluent6.2.16\src\makefile_nt.udf libudf\ntx86\2d\makefile") 1 file(s) copied. 0 (chdir "libudf")() (chdir "ntx86\2d")() 'nmake' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. 'nmake' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

and when i click on the load, i receive this: Opening library "libudf"... Error: open_udf_library: The system cannot find the file specified.

I have to mention that all the UDF files are in the same directory that contains my case and data files.

I really appreciate, if you can help me with this problem.

You need to download the application and start Fluent from the command prompt. If you search this forum, there is a lot of discussion on teh topic.
