Surface monitors with Point

Dear All , I have a question for data sampling of Surface monitoring. I use LES for my simulation and make a point in my fluid domain, after that that I try to write the data by surface monitoring ==> every 1 iteration ==> Report type : Integral ==> x axis : iteration ==. report of Pressure ( static pressure ) ==> surface selected my point. After completed I open my data files but all of them show "0" every iterations , so can every bidy help me for this case???
