Default strouhal number calculation in fluent

Hi all I am trying to simulate the vortex shedding from a flow past a square block. I am using rsm viscous model can any body give some suggestions of how to calculate strouhal number from the unsteady calculations I am solving unsteady case and have data for all time steps.
