Hi, I want to simulate the two phases flow in the porous media and outside the porous media with VOF model, but in Fluent, the porous media is treated as the fluid zone,However, the solid contact wall surface is needed for the VOF model for simulating the motion of the droplet on the porous media surface. So, in this case, the porous media surface is only interior for gas phase, but solid contact surface wall for liquid phase. Is there anyone konw wether it can be done by UDF and how to realize it by UDF, thanks very much.

hi I do the same topic, I think you can use pore scale approach which allows you to study two-phase flow in porous media without need to specify the fluid zone as a prorous medium.
