Default Inlet turbulent boundary condition: external flows

Dear FLUENT user;

I want to simulate an external turbulent flow. To set the turbulence boundary conditions, there are some formulations in the software documentations, but unfortunately they are just for internal flows (duct flow).

How can I calculate the in-flow K and Epsilon for an external flow, for example the flow around a flat plate.

best regards, Roozbeh
