I think the problem with the processor it self it can not handle big files (big mesh volume),since Fluent is a numerical solution method solver it needs a processor with higher capability
1.reduce the mesh size 2. I would try first with Pressure Based solver 3. parallel method or supercomputer |

Hello, I experienced a similar issue, except that I've been running the same job on the same computer, and I experienced this error after restarting in Windows. Restarting windows again and deselecting some of the transport equations didn't solve the problem. Changing the problem from double precision to single precision did the trick...this makes sense since memory requirements plumet. |

Hi everyone
So I recently changed my solver method from pressure-based to density-based and even with 64 ram I am getting this failed to allocate memory error and have not been able to solve it in a week. Any idea on how to proceed? Thank you in advance. |
