Default UDF-Time-dependant velocity inlet Boundary condition

Hi All,
I have a problem with a UDF which sets the velocity inlet boundary condition depending on the flow time. The problem I have got is that when I have run FLUENT the maximum value of the velocity is 19-21% les than the one I expected, any ideas?
