patch problem in fluidization

ahsan New Member ahsan ikram Join Date: Jul 2009 Posts: 13 Rep Power: 18	hi i am working on the fluidization of charcoal using air in a fluidizer using fluent. when i want to patch the charcoal in solid region, i find a window where i have to specify the volume fraction of charcoal. Is this volume fraction actually voidage of charcoal? plz guide me.
