What is the meaning "reversed flow" and how to prevent it?

A "Reversw Flow" message indicates you that the fluid flows in wrong direction at the flow boundaries, for example, flowing into the domain through an outlet occurs where the flow is expected out of the domain.
This occurs as often the case when the outlet boundary is ill posed.

I put the boundary conditions OUT FLOW

One issue is that flow in a vertical tube that has gravity rises and after bending 90 degrees pours out
Remove the solution gives reversed out flow
