wisemo is on a distinguished road

the problem I have is essentially what I've shown in the linked diagram. All I want to do is work out the total mass flow entering the pitot intake. The problem is that there is bleed flow that goes through the duct (1).

In Fluent I'm able to work out the mass flux through (2) because it is a boundary condition. However I need a way to work out the mass flow through (1).

Any help would be appreciated
