I'm looking to buy two dual CPU EPYC ROME workstations for FEA and CFD work. ANSYS mechanical and CFX

AVA direct only has the older Naples processors it looks like.
Titan computers only offers 2666 MHz Ram on their EPYC Rome machines. I'm not sure why they don't offer the 3200 MHz?

I was Specifically thinking about this setup, any comments would be appreciated:
Operating System: Windows 10, or Windows Server.
CPU: Dual EPYC 7302 (16 Core Each)
RAM: 16x16GB 3200MHz 256GB Total
C:/ 1 TB SATA SSD for OS
D:/ Large HDD for Storage
E:/ 1TB Samsung 970 Pro Nvme or M2 drive for working directory
Video Card: Mid grade Quadro, like a P2200

Also I was going to get a motherboard with 10Gb Ethernet ports in case I can't get the Infiniband up and running properly with Windows. It looks like there is both a SPF+ port option or an RJ45 port option. I would go with the SPF+ for the lower latency. Any idea how this would compare with DDR or QDR infiniband in ANSYS Mechanical Distributed performance?

I'm not allowed to purchase the parts and build the machine myself, so I have to purchase the whole system from somewhere, any idea where?
Thanks
