Hi,
I just downloaded ANSYS 14 from the customer portal. After installing it, I cannot get access to the license. The problem is my Flex ID is different from my MAC address. The license is there. I just can't connect to it because my MAC address differs from the Flex ID. Can anybody tell me how I can change the Flex ID to match my MAC address? |
