Spectral Method

Hi all,

I do research in convection of metallic fluids. I want to do direct numerical simulation using spectral code for my problem.

Is there anyone to help me? How should I start?

Well,I think you may refer to the book 'Spectral methods in fluid dynamics ' written by Claudio Canuto ... [et al.] and 'Spectral methods with application to incompressible viscous flow' by Roger Peyret.As I know,the spectral method is often used in flow stability,maybe it's not right. All Best, Tian
