Mesh in SSIIM

Hello

I want to simulate local scour around pier by SSIIM.
In my model, I have to use non-uniform mesh.
I wrote a program to find nodes. But I don't know that what should I do after that exactly.
I am beginner in SSIIM. I would be thankful if anybody can help me
