Hello my dear friends do anybody know how to perform CFD Simulation for Casting of two different liquids in same jar with rotation.

This sounds like a problem with multiple phases. I would suggest to read more about multiphase flows.
There should be a fair amount of software available to simulate such kind of flows.

For example, in the tutorial of the toolbox OpenFOAM you can find a test case called dambreak. Have a look on that if you can.

Combining a multiphase simulation with rotational movement in your simulated domain is also possible in many software packages.
