i would like to simulate subcooled boiling in pipe(2D)by fluent and use eulerian multiphase model.I would check evaporated vapor bubbles generated in the vicinity of the tube wall movement . How do I define eulerian two phase model in FLUENT;view that the evaporation phase change?
