ELLPACK SpMxV in MKL -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

I try to find it in the intel libary provided in Intel parallel studio 2013. unfortunately, it seems the format (ELLPACK) is not available in the version of MKL. Does anyone know how I can use the package (ELLAPCK) in the intel Fortran of the aforementioned version of parallel studio?
