Grad Programs In Atmospheric Sciences and Wind Energy

Hey all, wanted to know if anyone knows of good graduate programs in CFD that are focused on atmospheric modeling and wind engineering. My goal is to get a Masters of Science focused on CFD, and maybe a PhD in something experimental if it pans out. If the job market was better I would be more inclined to go the PhD route, but it seems there simply aren't many jobs out there. Maybe CFD is different?
