i have a project and i need to "automate" the inputs for tornado so that the program is opened and the inputs are submitted automatically from a different matlab code, but im not sure how to do that, basically i want to run a code which goes through all the inputs for Tornado and generates the outputs for me

I have never used Tornado, but I know a few things about Matlab.
First and foremost, it should be fairly trivial to link two matlab codes together. Just turn Tornado into a function so that you have inputs/outputs that are passed to/from a master script that basically tells Torando what to do. If that isn't possible or you aren't sure what I am talking about, you can always 'brute force' it and create a script that generates your input files, runs Tornado, then extracts the results from the output files. |
