Jongmin Choi is on a distinguished road
I need to specify turbulent viscosity ratio() for using k-epsilon model.

I could know the dynamic viscosity from the information of the material. However I don't think that eddy viscosity is a property of the material.

I found that eddy viscosity depends on the geometry and flow. Could you let me know how I can determine the Turbulent(eddy) viscosity? Is there any equation for determining the turbulent(eddy) viscosity????

The idea of a "turbulent" viscosity is a way to model the aspect that velocity fluctuations produce an increment in the momentum transfer, similarily to the action of the molecular viscosity. Often, that is referred as to Bousinnesq hypothesis: http://www.cfd-online.com/Wiki/Bouss...ity_assumption

This is one model where the turbulent viscosity is a function of the resolved velocity according to some laws.
You can find details in any good textbook about turbulence
