I am doing a multi-stage axial turbine analysis with CFX. The mesh is produced my TurboGird and therefore cannot make a squealer tip blade. So I thought I could get an equivalent performance of the squealer tip with just adjusting the tip gap, but I couldn’t.
Is there a way to get the performance benefits of the squealer tip by simply modifying the geometry or any numerical method without making the squealer tip shape?
